Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed Israeli Minister of Agriculture Yair Shamir who is leading the Israeli delegation to the seventh edition of the Vibrant Gujarat15.
Mr. Shamir also met with Smt. Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Ministrer of Food Processing Industries. Israel and India signed on a Joint Declaration "the Indo-Israel Agricultural Cooperation Project entering its third stage" by the Head of Mashav, Amb. Gil Haskel and Mr. Sanjeev Chopra from the MIDH. The agreement was signed in the presence of Israel Minister of Agriculture, Yair Shamir and Minister of State of Agriculture of India M K Kundariya.
